What is customer call?

Customer Call is an additional feature available with CodaSign that allows you to call customers using your CodaSign digital signage screens. Customers are called through the screen with both visual and audio prompts, removing the need for you or other staff to collect them in person.

The customers name, team members name and the name or number of the room you wish to call them to are displayed on the screens in seconds. This saves staff time and the simplified process reduces waiting times for customers.
